# Why are my patient's unable to sign their agreement online?

## How to ensure your patients are correctly using the signature box when joining a membership program through the online signup link.

When a member is on the "Terms and Conditions" section of the Plan Signup Process, some members may find they are unable to use their finger to insert their signature in the provided signature box on the left. We find this occurs strictly on touchscreen devices and the good news is that the solution is easy!

 

Above the signature box there is a reminder that reads "Scroll to the top of the page, then use mouse or finger to sign below". The calibration of the signature box works accurately when the web page has been scrolled to the **TOP** of the screen.
