# Live Stream

## The live stream will allow you to see in real-time when patients have signed up to your membership program, declined cards, and successful automated payments.

There are 3 color indicators in the live stream that notify you of the various activities that occur in your account.

**Blue:** Notifies you when a new member has been added to your member base. Members can be added directly through your BoomCloud portal or your online sign up link.

**Green:** Notifies you when a patient has been successfully billed.

**Red:** Indicates a declined charge for your membership payment. There will be a brief description below the patients name indicating why the payment was unable to process. Red may also indicate that a bank account needs to be verified for ACH.
