We send an email. You can print payment proof. Go to member's section in BoomCloud and look up the patient requesting receipt of payment. Once you are in the member's account select the payment history tab. On the top right hand side you'll select the blue button labeled "export to PDF". This will download payment history and will allow you to print a proof of payment. Also, keep in mind each patient will receive an email of payment for membership sent to the given email address on their contact information.
