# Can I cancel a processing payment?

## No, payments cannot be canceled, however, they can be refunded.

Once payment has been billed through the merchant services the funds will be en route to your bank account. You can request a refund immediately, however, the payment must finish processing completely before the funds can be returned.

**Credit Card refund timeframe**: 1-3 business days

**Bank account**: 10 business days
