Why can't I schedule a patient for the 29th, 30th, and 31st?
Patients are not able to be scheduled on the 29th, 30th, or 31st due to months with 28 days. For example, if a patient was billed every month on the 31st, the month of February would not be billed. We recommend scheduling monthly bills on the 1st or 15th of the month.
