Yes! Patients will receive a reminder via email that their plan will auto-renew in 15 days. Once the payment has renewed, the patient will receive a receipt via email.
If your patient claims they are not receiving email reminders, go to the BoomCloud account settings in the right-hand corner and click legal settings. Make sure the 15-day billing notice is switched to "on". Also, make sure the patients check their spam inbox and remove it from the spam folder in their email account.
