Incorrect patient information after plan update

"I updated the pricing on my plans and some people are no longer being billed the correct amount." "We updated our plans but it didn't change in the patients benefit tracking"

When you update the price or the benefits on any existing plan the price will not update for any patients who were signed up prior to the change. To make sure that existing accounts are updated with the new price or benefits, you will need to go into the patients account and change their billing date to any new date, then change it back to the original date. This "refreshes" the patients account and will apply the new price or benefits to their account. Double check at the bottom of the patients "member details" page that everything is correct in the "Totals" section before saving and processing or double check the benefits screen to ensure everything is correct.
