Collected This Month:
This metric shows how much your practice has collected so far within the current month.
Monthly Recurring Revenue:
This metric indicates how much your practice is bringing in on a monthly basis.
Yearly Recurring Revenue:
This metric indicates how much your practice is bringing in on a yearly basis.
Monthly Interest Collected:
Applicable to amounts collected through the patient financing tool, when interest is included.
Average Revenue Per Member:
The average amount for each member per month for each member.
Previous Years Revenue:
This metric indicated the previous years revenue. This allows you to compare the success of your program from year to year.
Lifetime Value:
Active Members:
Current members enrolled in your membership program. This does not include those members that have been deactivated.
New Members This Month:
Total of new members added to your membership program for the current month.
Failed Charges:
The total amount of failed charges from your patients over the lifetime of your membership. This includes repeated attempts for individual patients.
Refunds:
Refunds that have been issued to patients.
Cancellations:
Monthly Online Enrollments:
Indication of monthly sign ups via your online portal.
