How to cancel, deactivate or remove a patient from their membership plan?

How to deactivate a patient's membership or if needed to delete a members account from BoomCloud.

To deactivate a member's account, select the "Members" tab on the left of the screen. In the "Search Members" bar on the right hand side of the screen, look up the patient for whom you would like to make the change.

Under the "Active" column on the left hand side of the screen, click on the green switch. When the switch has changed to red, the membership has been deactivated. You can reactivate any account by switching the red to green. 

To delete the membership entirely, select the trash can on the far right of the patients name. Note: deleting a member will delete their information and is not recoverable.

Side note: We don't recommend erasing any members out of your Boomcloud membership just incase they want to renew in the future or if you have to look at any of their previous treatments or information.
