How to change a credit card payment to an ACH payment

To change from CC to ACH;

Click into members.
Find the patient in your members list (you can search their name in the search bar).
Click member name. Then, scroll down to payment info.
Click bank account. You will see instructions to set up ACH.
Click the blue button that says "Connect with Plaid".
Then follow the prompts from there.
