Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your BoomCloud subscription.

We understand that every office has different needs that may not always be met through our subscription service. BoomCloud revolves around membership plans that generate recurring revenue, so if you are considering cancellation, we want to make sure it is done smoothly. Follow the steps below to ensure your account and members are off-boarded correctly.

NOTE: Any cancellation request will be accomplished after 30 days from the date of written notice.

First, talk with your account manager regarding your situation so they can provide solutions and support. Our intention is to continue our relationship and target plans that can achieve your membership program goals. If you do not know your account manager, please contact BoomCloud support so they can point you in the right direction.

Then, if you still need to cancel, your account manager will be able to help you off-board any data or reports you may need.

Finally, your account manager will send you an online cancellation form to complete your request and finalize the closure of your account.
