Cancellation Policy

By agreeing to BoomCloud's terms of service, you have a binding month to month contract with our software. If you wish to cancel, the legal business owner will need to give BoomCloud 30 days cancellation notice in writing or email. The cancellation requires an off-boarding phone call that will be scheduled with your customer success account representative.

Your account will be canceled 30 days after the mandatory phone call & written notice (required cancellation form) from the business owner.

You will lose all data & revenue associated within your BoomCloud account. No refunds will be issued for previous payments per our refund policy located in our terms of service
